Mick Petts is a landscape sculptor and ecological artist with an extensive body of work built up over 30 years, ranging from small ephemeral works to buildings and landscape sculptures on a vast scale – visible from Google earth! His works are predominately in the public realm and include visitor centres, access and gateway structures, seafront and promenade renovations, visitor interpretation installations and play environments. Very used to working within collaborative contexts Mick has undertaken numerous consultancies within multi-disciplinary design teams, often working alongside landscape architects, engineers, ecologists and other professionals involved in the creation of new landscapes and transformation of brownfield sites and habitat creation schemes. He sees his work as reinterpreting and animating different landscapes;
