PECo theatre is running outreach Dark City Sessions, connecting with a variety of visually impaired groups and organisations to share the developing work

and get inspired!

Working with a group of visually impaired core collaborators and others in Bristol, PECo theatre is developing ‘Dark City’ an immersive multi-sensory theatre piece exploring visual impairment.

Dark City sessions are an enjoyable and inspiring way for the wider visually impaired community or those connected to it, to engage with and help develop the project as it evolves.

Each session includes:

  • Exclusive sharing of the work created by the theatre company so far, with a chance for you to give your feedback and ideas
  • Opportunities to discuss creative activities you like to do and would like made accessible to you in Bristol

Sessions are taking place at a variety of places including Pervasive Media Studios, Watershed, RNIB at Stillhouse lane, Macular Society at Monica Wills House, Avon Sports and Leisure club for the visually impaired and the Eye Hospital.
